American Real Estate Investment Club, LLC and House of Love has designed a strategic, innovative, and evidence-based solution to integrate into underserved
communities to rebuild businesses, educate through training, implement workforce development and provide employment to return to the daily operations while approaching collaborative efforts with governmental and nongovernmental agencies to secure stability for residents both in attendance and returning after COVID-19. This team has created and supports programs for the education, enrichment and empowerment of underrepresented communities.

American Real Estate Investment Club, LLC and House of Love is multifaceted organization committed to impacting lives in a constructive way. The gap in which was mentioned in this full announcement is lack of educating the residents of the community properly and providing training in which will solidify routing to safe havens, food, water, transportation and other immediate necessities within the community to prevent life changing situations by attempting to evacuate without planning strategically, operationally and tactically. American Real Estate Investment, LLC and House of Love is the organization that has the capability to train residents regarding saving the lives of others and in many cases, their own life. HUD concentrates on community planning and development. This compliments the purpose of the programs in which covers affordable housing, job creation, and Covid-19 treatment targeting veterans in the areas of homelessness, unemployed, hard to house and those who need medical attention. This program also focuses on the HUD procedures as an instrument to ownership. Even though homes are built, the merging of these two organizations will not only build homes, it will build people through providing smart homes with a concentration of technical assistance capability.
